Pushkar has a unique charm of its own. Being an integral part of Rajasthan, it has always given people a tinge of Rajasthani culture. Unlike other big cities of Rajasthan, Pushkar is quite and has one of-its-kind serenity in the air.
Pushkar has got quite a few things in its kitty that makes it a world famous place. For instance, Pushkar is the only place where you can find the Brahma Temple. According to Hindu mythological scriptures, Savitri gave a curse to Brahma that no one would worship him in this world and that’s why Lord Brahma is not worshipped anywhere in India but in Pushkar. Second, this place organises the world famous Pushkar camel fair. It is one of India’s highly-rated travel experiences, a spectacle on an epic scale, attracting thousands of camels, horses and cattle and visited by over 400,000 people over a period of around fourteen days.
Over past few years, Pushkar has become a good weekend getaway choice for the people of neighbouring cities as we always look for such places which provides a calm environment and is far away from city’s hustle bustle life. And when it comes to a luxury accommodation, Westin Resort is a perfect choice. It is around 8 hours drive from Delhi and Delhi-Jaipur Expressway is one of the best highways in India.
Located in the Badi Basti, Pushkar, Westin will give you a peace-full environment with a spa centre to rejuvenate you. And also, activities like cycling and camel riding within the resort premises will definitely make your evening. Gazing the dusky sky, while having the tea with your loved one at poolside would be a perfect evening image anyone could imagine.
Villa is quite spacious with a living room and tea area. Also, it has a separate wardrobe area with all the useful amenities. The bed was quite comfortable with a decent space. If you are mixing the leisure and work then the study table could be a treat for you. The bathroom is spacious with all the white interior. Having a personal plunge pool right in front of you would be a cherry on top if you are really considering this property.

Buffet breakfast is served at their restaurant called Seasonal Taste, breakfast-spread was not up to the mark. There were fewer varieties but whatever they had was tasty enough to satisfy my taste buds. The staff was friendly and was taking good care of their guests. They specially made eggless pancakes for us when they came to know that we are strict vegetarians.
Activities are really impressive. If you are visiting with your kids than you would find it a perfect place for them. Cycling, camel riding, board games and even playing the cricket with your kids in this lush green property will definitely make you a happy kid.
