24 Hours Layover in Bangkok
Everyday Bangkok welcomes a huge number of visitors. The city has a contrast between the old aisles and new ‘sky-kissing’ constructions. It has a lot of variety to offer to its tourist even a week-long trip would not be enough to explore this busy yet energetic city. Twenty-four hours are certainly not enough to explore. But this is all I got due to layover of my flight and I thought I should make most of my time here.
Montien Riverside Hotel
Just 30 minutes drive away from Bangkok Airport, Montien Riverside Hotel is quite an economical and perfect place for relaxation. You can enjoy the sea view from your room or go for a quick meal at their restaurant while gazing the view of Rama IX bridge. The hotel is centrally located and all the attractions are within the radius of 30 minutes.

Visit Art Of Paradise
Sneak peek into your childhood by visiting Art in Paradise, the 3D Museum. Located on the 4th floor of Esplanade mall at Ratchada road – fun for families, kids and couples. Spend the 2-3 hours while enjoying the breath-taking illusions paintings made by some of the great artists. This museum is a two storey gallery, walking around the shiny and perfect artwork and finding a good spot for 3D Photograph could be a task. But for the ease of visitors, they have even marked a perfect picture spot on every painting. No one is allowed to wear the shoes inside to maintain the shiny and glossiness of paintings.
Budget shopping at Indira Market
The world famous Indira market is an excellent shopping area and every visitor must go there for some budget shopping. A whole lot of variety for hand-bangs, clothes and beauty items. However, be aware of the fake electronic item sellers in the market. Health tip: Don’t forget to hydrate your body with fresh coconut water on the street.

Italian at Cascade
After experiencing 3D paintings go for Italian at Cascade. Located right in the front of the platinum mall, Cascade is an Italian restaurant, which has a soothing ambience. The food is extremely delicious and is a great value for money. In spite of being an authentic Italian place, it has some delicious and very crispy samosas on their menu.
The city never sleeps and so does the party animals. If you still left with energy then go out for drinks in a roof-top Pub. Bangkok has a lot to offer when it comes to pubs, rooftop bars, lounges and what not. Penthouse rooftop of Park Hyatt is one the elegant and glittering bars of the Bangkok. The rooftop bar has occupied 3 floors of the luxurious hotel with a panoramic view of the city. A must visit!
